The Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that every human has internal systems and clocks. These systems and clocks run the bodily functions. As a result, it seems that the physical and spiritual health are connected. This body clock, which all of us contain, can help us understand the way energy moves through our bodies in order to restore and activate different organ functions.
In fact, there is a 24-hour cycle during which the body devotes different energies to different organs. Therefore, you are waking up at the same time for a longer period of time, it may mean that your energy is blocked. You may experience that your natural balance is blocked. Moreover, the organs may fail to operate due to the lack of energy. The time you wake up can show us which organ suffers from blockage. These are the times you can wake up and which organ goes with what time.
