Here’s how you can prepare golden milk:
Step #1 – Turmeric paste
- ½ a cup of water
- ½ a teaspoon of powdered pepper
- ¼ of a cup of turmeric powder
Put all the ingredients in a pot and boil them on medium heat, stirring constantly until you get a paste. Make sure you stir well to prevent sticking and keep the mixture in a bowl in a fridge once it’s cooled down.

- ¼ of a teaspoon of turmeric paste
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of organic honey
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Cook all the ingredients on medium heat without the honey while stirring constantly. Add the honey when the mixture has completely cooled down and drink the mixture every day until you notice positive results.
